Dashboard tracking Wallonia’s progress in the circular economy

Mission objectives

To design the dashboard for monitoring the roll-out of the Circular Wallonia strategy (measure 17).

Achievements and impact

• Development of a matrix covering all the dimensions of the circular economy relevant to Wallonia.
• Selection and prioritisation of SMART environmental, social and economic indicators, aligned with the 10 ambitions and more than 60 measures of Circular Wallonia.
• Collection, processing and presentation of the data in a monitoring dashboard, accompanied by a commented analysis of indicator trends.
• Benchmarking of Wallonia’s performance against reference regions selected and validated with the steering committee.
• Strategic management tool delivered to the Region to objectively track, over time, its progress towards the Circular Wallonia objectives.
