Communication and support for the use of the GRO sustainability tool
Objectives
Support the construction sector in the use of GRO, the sustainability framework adopted by the three regions to enhance the sustainability of construction projects.
Execution
- Management of a helpdesk to answer questions about GRO
- Supply of training on the GRO tool
- Promotion of the GRO tool (writing articles, newsletters, social media presence, and general communication)
- Monitoring and verification of GRO content (identifying and suggesting corrections for inconsistencies, errors and contradictions)
- Support of the regions and act as a liaison between users and the three regions.
