Objectives
Support construction professionals in their use of the TOTEM tool
Execution
Through this project:
- Technical support via a helpdesk for the TOTEM tool, aimed at project leaders, architects, etc
- Training in the use of the TOTEM tool, aimed at project leaders, architects, etc
- Organisation of events for stakeholders (users, material producers, LCA experts, etc.)
- Processing of requests to add materials to the tool
- Contribution to the continuous improvement of the tool
Previously :
- Development of a consistent visual identity for the tool through the creation of a style guide
- Creation of various promotional materials for the tool (invitations, flyers, email campaigns and press articles)
- Organisation of the launch event for the TOTEM tool
- Publication of a user guide for the TOTEM tool
- Development of visuals designed to explain the methodology in layman’s terms
