Sustainable and Circular Construction Facilitator

Objectives

To provide technical, legal and economic assistance and support to Walloon public authorities, project owners, project developers and construction professionals in the field of sustainable and circular building construction and renovation, particularly with regard to the implementation of environmental clauses relating to these approaches, whilst identifying and capitalising on, through a dedicated tool, all requests, questions, answers and best practices identified, in order to enhance the sharing of experiences and the continuous improvement of sustainable and circular construction and renovation practices

Sustainable and Circular Construction Helpdesk, including DNSH
Facilitators’ involvement in a range of specific tasks relating to network trends (DNSH):
- Involvement in several calls for proposals
- DNSH diagnostic tool
- DNSH web page
- Adaptation of the GRO for Wallonia
- Organisation of a workshop to introduce and familiarise participants with the GRO tool
- Participation in the launch of the Ad Vitam Material re-use platform
