Objectives

To support the development of financial support schemes for energy-efficient refurbishment, with a view to aligning grant schemes with regional climate and energy targets for 2030–2050

Execution

Technical and economic analysis of grant schemes designed to support the renovation of the regional housing stock
Proposals for adjustments to the grants and associated technical conditions
Assessment of the consistency of the required energy performance criteria (wall and floor insulation, etc.) with regional climate trajectories
Assessment of the multi-year budgetary impact of the recommended measures
Benchmarking of European schemes supporting energy-efficient refurbishment to identify best practices and levers for efficiency
Contribution to the definition of a framework of financial incentives supporting regional targets for CO₂ emission reductions and carbon neutrality
